2. Who we are
BuyAmerica, Inc. d/b/a OfferAway operates this site. OfferAway is a matching service that connects U.S. homebuyers with licensed real estate attorneys, locally-vetted real estate agents, mortgage specialists, and insurance providers. OfferAway is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of the site does not create an attorney-client relationship with OfferAway or with any partner attorney.
3. The service
You provide information about your home purchase. We use it to introduce you to the partner attorneys, agents, lenders, or insurance providers best suited to the work you described. You are not obligated to engage any partner we introduce, and you remain in control of every decision.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and only as described in these Terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, purpose, or eligibility.
- Do not interfere with the site or attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide.
- Treat our partners professionally; do not use introductions to harass, spam, or defraud.
6. Estimates are not guarantees
The savings calculator and any figures shown on this site are estimates for illustration only. Actual savings depend on your specific transaction, including the agreed buyer's-agent commission (or absence thereof), title insurance costs, lender requirements, and other factors. Estimates do not constitute an offer or commitment.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferAway and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any partner introduction. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Third-party partners
Partner attorneys, agents, lenders, and insurance providers are independent third parties. They are responsible for the services they provide. We make introductions and provide information; we do not control how partners conduct their work, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OfferAway from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the site, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
11. Governing law and disputes
